Experience
1968-present Member of the conservation staff of the Sherman Fairchild Center for Objects Conservation, Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, presently holding title of Associate Conservator. Specializing in the conservation and restoration of ceramics, stone sculpture, lacquer work, ivory, and other materials. Numerous works of art conserved for thirteen curatorial collections, including American Art, Ancient Near East, Arms and Armor, Asian Art, The Costume Institute, Egyptian Art, European Sculpture and Decorative Arts, Greek and Roman Art, Islamic Art, Medieval Art, Modern Art, and Musical Instruments.
